Hi my name is Mrs Margaret Bird, I was left a message on my mobile at the end of last week. I did ring back on Friday afternoon & was told that I would be contacted this morning. My mobile number is 07708696000 & my address is 6 Duncan Avenue, Otley, LS21 3LN. I think the call was about a scan that I had at Harrogate Nightingale on 22nd September. Answered two calls yesterday and they hung up, so I was prepared today. Knew my name and told me my Vodafone business contract was up for renewal and I was also eligible for an early upgrade. (My contract is not up for renewal though.) I asked if they were Vodafone and I was told they were Future Comms who deal with Vodafone Business Contracts. Fishy! Told them no thanks, and ended the call. (Now blocked.) She was very polite though and not pushy.
