Received a silent call. 1471 gave me the number of the caller but, when I returned the call in order to have a little chat with them about the etiquette of cold / silent calls, the number was rejected as not recognised .

SCAM, impersonating HM Revenue and Customs
Last night I logged in to my online O2 account and looked at different phones (as you do). This morning I got a call from this number asking if I was happy with my current phone deal. Coincidence? I think not. I always remind them that my current deal was previously recommended by them and then ask, if it can be bettered will they offer me compensation for giving me bad advice in the first place?

Call repeatedly even though i removed my number from their system. I have phoned and asked them to stop on 3 seperate occasions and added them to auto reject list but they never stop. Shocking behaviour from a well known company

CALLED SAYING THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED MY PAPERWORK FOR MY RECENT CLAIM, ONLY ANSWERED IT BECAUSE IT WAS A LOCAL NUMBER, WAS INSISTENT I HAD MADE A CLAIM!!
