Its the RSPCA its an external call system only, you have to ring back their main number
I am so cross. This number rings me countless times a day despite being blocked on my phone! They manage to leave a recorded message on my phone (I have hundreds of them in my inbox!) telling me to call a certain number to stop the calls...i have done this and they STILL call me daily. Fed up now.

Calling me multiple times, even after I ve blocked them?! Usually Indian or Russian accents asking to do a survey. Won t let you get a word in edgeways. Hang up on them, they are time wasters.

Got a call from this number claiming to be sponsored by the FSA to investigate premium bank accounts. Told me my premium account may be a scam. Didn t know the name of my bank and when told my number was registered with the TPS claimed the TPS had no authority as they were based on the Philippines. When asked for her name and the name of the company she said she was not prepared to reveal that info. Claimed to be from BT advising that “sometimes the internet goes up, sometimes the internet goes down”. He wanted to “check the router”. Obvious scam so I ended the call and blocked the number.
