Phoned my landline on 20 Jan. 2023 pertaining to be from Amazon Prime and stating that they had taken £94 from my bank account. I was offered a number of options to query this but hung up as it was obviously a hoax call. Amazon Prime would not contact in this way. They tried again on 21 Jan., this time from a different number 01216834924.

Automated call saying they are from HMRC and if you don't press one now a warrant will be issued against you for fraud. Total scam.... avoid at all costs and do NOT press one. Apparently if you do you your telephone bill will be charged an extortionate amount of money - not sure how much because, fortunately, I did not press one!!!

Kept asking if I was Mr (Last name), I kept asking who he was. He didn t know my full name which is always a flag. Never told me who he was and why he was calling, he got frustrated and ended the call. No idea who he was but wouldn t be surprised if, like the last comment it is a computer scammer. This caller tried to take control of my computer by asking me to run the file Ammy. He said he was from windows error reporting and he could see on his screen that my computer had over 2000 error reports.
