Considered as a scam call. Automated message speaks of unusual activity on your Bank Account, eg a £200 purchase from Amazon not thought to be made by you and a £1,000 transaction from abroad. Hang up. Do not "press 1" or any other numbers. Ring your Bank if you feel you need to.

Call center: Lady saying she wanted to ask questions about my general household. The line was awful and I couldn't understand what she was asking me. I believe she may have said something about my washing machine, but can't be 100% certain. I put the phone down as she was too hard to understand and the line was very quiet.
An oriental person claiming to be from Microsoft about my computer, didn't sound right so I put the phone down I think it's a scam, Microsoft have never rung me up ever

Someone phoned me this morning on telephone number 0364960079 saying they were from Amazon Prime, and they were going to take £17.99 from my bank account. When asked said that his company was Ifonic (with an F), was registered with the FSA who had supplied them with my phone number in a database. I thanked him and rang off as you would do.
