A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. He said he was going to pass me to customer service. I then spoke to the next Asian guy who said he would send me a message and to except it (phone malware). Got a call from Josephine Kissinger (probably a fake name) saying she had been informed I was in a car accident. I ve never had one so either she s a psychic and just predicted the future or she s cold calling to see if I would fall for her tricks.
Said they were calling from the technical dept of BTOpenreach. How are you today? Told them I didn't think they were and I was hanging up.
