SCAM trying to sell me telephone preference service but need my age, name, date of birth, address and post code. Got offensive when I told him I get scam calls every day and he's just the same annoying idiot
automated voice said BT engineer, said my broadband had problems and I should wait to speak to an engineer. Then phone went dead.

Insurance, I have current vitality life insurance, thay saying they are from vitality but were asking how much I am paying for insurance.... Thay wanted to get better deal to save money or increase cover amount. Something not right. Hang up on them
