I did a quote on an bike insurance a couple of days back... now I recieve calls from this number all day long. really pisses me off. Someone around here with some info on this number?

Scam... they'll call fromthis number to check if your phone is active then immediately hang up. You'll then get a call from a mobile phone telling you you owe money to HMRC.
***DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER!!!*** ***PHISHING/FRAUD*** This phone number contacted me with the automated message about my MASTER CARD Bank card has been used in a suspicious transaction 2x today. Once there's been a £700 transferred and later on a £900. I hung up at that point.

Was called just after transferring a few domains....woman with a very poor grasp of the English language trying to sell me website design services from what sounds like a steel tin in the middle of a jungle with a paper cup tied to a piece of string as a phone. In short, call calling pest...ignore it!
Call went to voicemail, line went dead.

Just a note for anyone getting calls from Scott & Co. ? if you have settled the original debt directly (eg. outstanding council tax paid direct to council) and Scott & Co. are calling you to collect fees owed to them, you are under no legal obligation to pay them!
