"Had a call from Jack saying he was from the Financial Services Agency. I was owed £1950 because I had overpaid a loan. He confirmed my details. He then asked about the "loan". I gave false details - I have no such loan. He said a supervisor would ring me back. I am awaiting the call. Judging by his accent and the time delay in responding Jack was clearly making the call from an overseas call centre."
