Was a WhatsApp help chat number for a company called raylo. Raised suspicion when the number appeared instead business name?

SCAM call threatened to call the police if I did not provide my name and where I was calling from. When my husband spoke to her and questioned where she was calling from, she told him to wait for the police to come to our house! Do not share any personal information with these guys. They're set up in Delhi and are just trying to get your info to sell on or take money from you.
Had a call from this number claiming to be but and that my internet was down , did not give any information. Was very rude and saying the F word for not doing as she advised
