rings and hangs up. always early hours. cant ring number back.
After looking into this more, turns out this number is linked to what is known as a locksmith scam. They will over charge and drill out your lock and damage your door instead of just lockpicking it. They are not on the MLA Approved Locksmiths. Although, if you are happy of being overcharged as hell, I am a victim of this scam, but they did come out within 15 minutes, gotta give them that.

TAXES / HMRC Left message saying ring back, or get a solicitor to contact back. If dont then curious consequences. Im sure HMRC contact via mail and not threatening voice mails.
"Family Life insurance" - as I'm in the 01622 area anyway assumed it was something to do with a delivery I was expecting, but it's life insurance.
