Definitely a fraudulent call. Automated voice saying they tried to send papers that were returned and now I face arrest unless I press 1. No idea what company or what for lol. I haven’t missed any payments on anything!

Recorded American accent telling me from BT to say my internet connection was being terminated..I obviously didn’t press the buttons requested and put phone down
My husband answered and a woman said she was calling about our washing machine cover. She addressed him by name and knew our address. When told that we don't have washing machine cover she immediately rang off.
