She said she was from Flow Energy . I said "sorry, but it s all over Flo" and blocked the number.
Apparently calling from EE, did not hang about to find out what they wanted, ended the call. Multiple calls since from the same number. Contacted EE there and they confirmed they have not tried to call me. Worth checking with EE if you have an account.
