Had a missed call from this number - called it back and there was no dial tone - some white noise then could hear talking then the line went dead - think it's a cold caller

A man called Arnold claiming to be from financial trading company, and we are ex-directory He sounded Swedish or Norwegian. Said not interested and hung up.

This number called. I tried to phone back but was told this number was not in service. It is local, Glasgow, but most numbers have 10 digits this one has eleven and. I did not attempt any more call backs as I was suspicious
bought a fridge on appliancesonline.co.uk ... a couple of days later my phone rings and someone is trying to flog insurance cover....
they phoned asked me my name and then dropped the call when I confirmed it....I tried to call it back and the number gets through and they then drop the call each time 3x total....
