H=This Number has rang 3 times, once leaving a message with just a automated message giving the same number to ring back.

No idea who this might have been, I have no friends or enemies in the Ellon area.
calls me and hug up. when i call back, i cannot connect to the number. This is untrustworthy and likely to be a cost trap. Authorities should investigate and stop this haressment to public.

This number phoned me twice in one afternoon. I have an answerphone so let it receive the calls. They hung up but let my machine record their number, i.e. They didnt withhold it.
