Called yesterday & this morning. If you are with talk talk the scammers have your information (due to a failing in talk talk security & having key information accessed/hacked). They are very convincing & will say switchboard / router fault, after checks you get new router & £200 refund. You’re to log onto a web site which is a cloned talktalk page & log onto your bank account to check payment receipt so they can see your passwords & empty your account
