I said I would accept details by email but she was insistent upon a 'home visit' and that they 'didn't have any materials she could send'. I've had nuisance calls like this before and they are all quite aggressive in their marketing approach and offer products or potential savings that are contract based and wholly useless.

SCAM robo call saying that there has been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank they were, and that they were the 'fraud department'. They got angry so I called them out as the scammer they are and according to the scammer all UK people are idiots. Have reported it to action fraud.

The operator sounded east european and didnt believe me when I told him he had broken 2 laws, DPA because I was not a customer and Telecoms because I am registered with the Telephone Preference Service.
