SCAM. Allegedly from HER Majesty's Revenue and Customs. 1st clue - HER Majesty has been dead for 10 months. 2nd clue The recorded message was made with an American accent. Doubt very much that HRMC have sub-contracted this to the Americans (yet).
It was the Police regarding an incident I have reported.
Calling about life insurance, spam
Local cable distributor, contacted me about an old account.
SCAM pretending to be from bank with suspicious transactions on your account. Press 2 to speak with someone, a female with Indian accent answers “hello visa”…
They called as had made a corporate enquiry previously

This number called me claiming to be bank security and that 2 transactions had been requested from my bank. One for Amazon for £200 and an international money transfer for £900. Press 1 to authorise or hold if you haven't made these transactions. I hung up.
Phone annoyance.rings my number doesn't speak..if u try phoning the number there is no pick up.BEWARE
