A scam which has been doing 'the rounds' for quite a few years now. They purport to handle a claim for an RTA which may actually have happened but don't be fooled. They get their info on your phone number from the recovery/tow company. Then they ask for your bank details and personal info in order that they can get you compensation...they don't get you any compensation but now your personal details, bank info etc is in their hands. ID fraud can then take place.
Did not listen to whole message but clearly an automated/scam call offering an unsolicited 'prize'. I have my number listed with the telephone preference service to reduce/eliminate such calls.
