Called my elderly mum lying to her saying her washing machine insurance with D&G was ending. NOT ENDING! Spoke about a direct debit and then tried taking a one off payment from her?!?! From my knowledge in working in contact centres/sales I told her to stop the call and to do some research. SCAMMERS trying to rip off anyone they can. Don't know who it is or what they want. Sounded like a call centre in the background. Man's voice repeating Leicester Gaylord Kamran Qayyum speaking how can I help you? I think it's an auto dialer and when we pick up it rings to a call center. Don't know any Kamran Qayyum. I'm not in Leicester. I'm not homo either. Please Don't call me again.
