SCAM FRAUD. I got a call from a 07 mobile number prior to this call. Both of them is an automated message saying a letter from HRM Revenue was sent to you but was returned. Legal action will be taken against you, press 1 to bla bla bla. I didn’t even bother to listen to the rest because there is no reason for HRM Revenue to contact me. Fraud scam. Scam insurance crash call. The call operator was obviously very new at this. Fumbled and stumbled his way through the script in barely understandable “Hind-lish”. I stopped him and told him he was really terrible at this game, should stop now, he’s not cut out to be another sh*tty scammer. Told him his parents would be ashamed of him. He apologised and cut the call.

Call came in UBCF, NO ONE ON LINE WHEN I ANSWERED. JUST SILENCE. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT UBCF STANDS FOR.
Many calls from this number and a dozen others, one at half midnight. On the occasions I did answer they gave the name NCS Legal. I asked them to stop calling, explaining I was registered with TPS. The only thing that worked was lying to them by saying the insurance company had already fully compensated me - there was no money to be claimed. Miraculously the calls then stopped. I ve complained via TPS. Please consider also complaining, TPS or OfCom. Hopefully eventually they ll get landed with a good size

Phoned to tell me my washing machine warranty has expired and they're sending me the new paperwork by Royal Mail. Read out to me my name and address and when I confirmed these was going to pass me to her "supervisor" to complete a form. Asked her to tell me what brand of washing machine I've actually got.
