called me on land line asked who call would not tell me just wanted to speak to mr xxxxx I asked so that i can pass on who is calling and company just asked to speak to mr xxxxx if asked again they asked if I was Mr xxxx then hung up, it seems she does not understand customer service

Automated call stating that my National Insurance number had been used in crime and that I should press 1 to speak to A NCA (Not NCIS -SIC) call handler
SCAM Fraud Call received this afternoon. Robot American accented voice started saying "Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs has received a returned letter" - just hung up straight away.
