Same chap as 2 other calls from very similar numbers. You think they'd learn! Insulation, again. Asked who installed it and when, very rude chap talked - shouted almost - over me, without attempting to answer question.

Received a phone call this am 24/2 at 08.18 from a male attempting to sell me a call blocker for £99.00. The caller gave a false e mail address Scam call.
SCAM- A missed call from the Russian federation at Guandzha, possibly Azerbaijan? I have logged call as a scam, because the Russian state is very busy hacking into the West at this time.
