Hi, I received a similar phone call. I thought it was strange when my home phone number was read back to me but the first 0 was missing! I also told the lady that I thought this was very suspicious and she assured me there was nothing "auspicious" about this. Clearly I did not believe her. I was told because I had no convictions and I had paid my council tax on time every time, I would receive a ?7000 reimbursement!!! Not very believable.
