I get calls most days and know its just another annoying ppi call. I turn volume off phone and just let it ring!!!

Not a phone call, but nuisance texts reminding me to "call them about my accident and get compensation". As I ve had no accident, I m assuming that it s just aggresive advertising. If I could just find out who they are (without calling them...)

Rang me and claimed they had my number and details of an accident from the "UK National Survey Department". There is no such department so I knew it was bogus. I rang them back and pressed 0 to speak to an operator. The guy assumed that I was simply returning a missed call and told me that they had got my number from "Road Traffic and Accident Department".
