Called by this number hung up on them when I heard telephones in background
called me once per day when I was abroad. Actually I have never received any phone call from this number in the UK. So I think it is fraud.

Messages from +44 7947865443 are almost certainly some sort of scam. It sends a text directing you to the Panama-registered site Halifaxsafety.com
