Rang my company saying no money in account to pay direct debits. However had account on internet at time and they had SUCCESSFULLY taken payments for 4 lines the previous day. This left over £4k in the working account for bills and no bounced DD emails from bank. Why is a company I am with, deliberately trying to scam me for money already paid; if they are genuinely Talk Talk as a previous comment has stated?

"...so we're going to switch off your landline and broadband, is that OK...?" when I said "No, not really!" she hung up...??
