"Legal" company asking about the accident i had in the last 3 years. One off payment to make a claim for "Thousands".
was called by a gentleman going by the name of John Smith with a very strong Asian accent that I could barely understand. By all accounts I have a had a ?5k loan with the black horse bank and they owe me money....who knew, certainly not me !!! He got rather upset when I asked for his name again and then told me to [email?protected]#% Off when I laughed.

Scam - Caller said that they were from Microsoft and, over the last four days, they have received notification that hackers etc had got access to my computer. If I turned on my computer they would be able to clear them from it. When I said it was a scam, I was told that if I did not let them remove the hackers, Microsoft would have to stop any computer from being able to work from my address in the future.
Said they are carphone warehouse offering deals but started shouting over me when I said not interested.
