Text received from this number purporting to come from EE.UK advising they were unable the process my latest payment. Then told me to update my information via https://ee.uk.paym-inv.com/?e=3 to avoid fees. Then got another message from 07985304968 with the same instructions. Bogus as bill already settled.

my number brand new so I knew it could not be from anyone I knew as number not given out to them yet. Total scam.
