Silent call. Hung up a little after I answered. They're in the North Manchester area. They're probably scammers a lot of unknown numbers from there have been.

Said he was from BT Openreach, calling about a problem reported with my broadband. I know it's false because I do not have a BT service.
Rang but didn't say anything and hung up when I answered.

Fraud SPAM SCAM SCAMMER - They fake the number then say they're calling from O2 to give a 40% discount for getting a good customer because I pay my bills on time, but couldn't tell me my name, when the bills are, wouldn't accept any other form of ID. I knew straight away they were scammers so washed their time for 15-20 mins asking why the text "they" had sent told me not to give them the code they wanted. They said they needed to verify I owned this number but couldn't tell me why this was neede

Said they were from Fonehouse, must have spoofed the number, number came up as a pub in London.
