Caller stayed online but did not speak
Further to the above, the caller claimed to be from HMRC - English voice but caller from Glasgow number
Asked me something about prepaid smart meter and he said that the company name is Boost Energy but I m not interested so I kindly hung up the phone and I hope he won t call me back

SCAM Hoax call. Supposedly from BT about suspicious activity on my (non-BT!) phone line and internet connection.
Fraud Recorded voice saying my NI number has been compromised "on the northern border of Wales" and in order to ensure I'm not convicted of fraud...... I hung up at this point. Clearly a scam.
