i receieved an email form CARS that they were collecting debt on a canceled insurance company, now this number is ringing? assuming its them? i didnt think a policy cancellation was a debt and they just no longer provide the service when payment stops
SCAM Fraud Claiming to be Amazon.....I was on my amazon account when they rang. These guys send you a code so you click on it and they will have remote access to your mobile phone and gain all the information including your banking. Just delete the messages they send you if you have a conversion with them. Once I told them I knew they were scammers they hung up and went on their way.
Verbose individual who took a long time to come to the point. Comparison company wanting to see if I d been discriminated against on grounds of gender in life insurance sales, in view of the recent EU legislation which bans gender discrimination (works against men, who have shorter life expectancy). I got a call on my landline from this number. It was an automated female voice claiming that there has been suspicious activity on my BT account and my internet and phoneline are being cut off. They then asked me to press 1 to speak to someone, at which point I hung up. I do not have a BT account so this is clearly a scam!

Telling me PPI is owed to me. It isn t!
My husband answered the first call, they asked for me and he said I was busy at the time. The caller said it was regarding a petition about animal cruelty I had signed and they would ring back another time. They ve since rang every day but after seeing other comments on here I have not answered the phone to them. I assume they got my phone number from the petitioners.
