This call seemed to start ok, they seemed to know something about my Mortgage lender and my details and they told me I was entitled to a claim without me giving out any personal information. Was transferred to a senior advisor who then advised that I need to give them Credit/Debit card details at which point I asked them to send me the details via an e-mail. A female called from this number at 11.16 am 28/9/21 Asking if I knew that £600 had been taken from my account using my Mastercard As soon as I queried this the phone went dead. I called back and a foreign sounding male answered. as soon as I mentioned the missing £600 the phone went dead again. As it happens I do not have a Mastercard. Be warned
Takes a long time to speak after answering phone (waiting to connect at their end) asked for the business owner, hung up when told he wasn t here.
