Caller mentioned Amazon Prime membership which I do not have and do not want. nHad the feeling it was a scam as both calls received had basically the same script.

we have been trying to contact you regarding your PPI claim, We now have details of how much you may be due. Reply POST for your pack or STOP to opt-out DD Ltd. Don't know who they are or what they are trying to do but don't imagine they are genuine.
Automated call with message saying it was to do with tax offices and to press one, so hung up. If it was important and for me personally they would phone directly in person and even then I wouldn't trust them as its too insecure a method. Tax office posts normally.
