Received a call today from "Martin" who claimed to be from TPS, confirmed my phone number (which he rang to), my name and address and then asked me to confirm my expiry date for credit/debit card - when posed the question "why" he needed to know financial details for a free service, he suggested It was for verification purposes - I declined and asked from which company he was calling, at which point the phone went dead - SCUM!
Weird and annoying guy started repeating "who's this?" over and over after calling me

SCAM claims to be the national crime agency saying they are going to suspend my national insurance number because it has been used fraudulently please press 1 to speak to an officer
