Scam call saying its from HSBC and that a new payee has been set up. Tells you to visit hsbc.co.uk-global-secure.help/hsbc. This is obviously a scam as i am not a customer of HSBC. I have notified HSBC and my phone provider of the number used +447733081670
say they are visa and mastercard but hung up when I questioned them

Automated American voice, saying a new iphone 11 had been purchased on our amazon prime account. If not us press1 etc.... nJust blocked it.

This number called me. I answered, line was silent. I called number back 3 times from different phones but the ring was cut off.
Alleging tax fraud so and recorded message so hang up and BLOCK
