SCAM Said they were a claims company. Had my name, date of birth but had wrong address details. She claimed that I had used them to make a claim several years ago which isn't true. She said it may be so long ago I had forgotten using though them. It's not too long and I know I never have or will use claim companies or cold calls. She made a lot of saying she wouldn't ask for any details that could be a risk to me but went straight into my employment status and address details. I gave her NOTHING and NEITHER

Multiple missed calls at all times of day or night, at least 3 times the call disconnected as soon as I answered. I answered the last called and got connected to BT sales. I hate BT more than words can describe.
