Seems to be some general (probably Indian) call centre - claiming to be from BT / Virgin, with survey question if you have shopped at Tesco or Morrisons. In fact just a general call centre.
SCAM Automated message claiming to be from the Serious Crime Agency, saying that my National Insurance number was about to be suspended as it had been linked to a number of major crimes. Fairly sure that, even if that was even possible, the first I'd know about it would be a dawn raid rather than a robot giving me a friendly heads-up.

Initially got a call from a girl called Carla (Manchester accent, noisy office environment) on a blocked number, said she was from a company called ACS on behalf of Royal Sun Alliance. In relation to a motoring accident although they didn t have the details correct.
