SCAM, seemingly. Offered support in case of emergency without the need to ring 999. CL or CM Marketing. Rang off when I asked questions and took took her off script.
On answering the caller rang off. I suppose this in the hope that I would ring back. Of course I never would.

SCAM - 01412265503 - was a recorded message stating that my internet connection had been compromised and would be cut off in 24 hours of I didn't call their engineer by pressing 1 on my keypad. Obviously a (probably expensive) scam.
Called saying we understand you have been in a car accident that was not your fault. Phoney!

caller was called Samantha - again it was about a car accident. She had a Merseyside accent although the 01623 is Mansfield
