I received a letter supposedly from Domestic & General about unpaid direct debit. Ignore the letter, it s a scam. I have no policy with D&G.

A male person (having an Indian dialect) called me on this number and was offering me a Samsung upgrade from the car phone warehouse. I knew it was a scam caller and shut him down immediately. I've also blocked the number from my phone.
Not for the first time my mobile has been contacted today by a caller from this number. Fortunately I missed the call, but as I have elderly relatives who live in the States the fact that I receive an unexpected call with a US number is personally immediately stressful. I always fear one of my cousins will be phoning to say an aunt or uncle of mine has died! Why are western governments so useless at controlling these predatory scumbags? - Answers on a postcard....
