Went to voicemail and just repeated my name "Stephen?..Stephen?......Stephen?" about 6 times before eventually realising it was answerphone and hanging up. Backgound noise sounded like an office/call center. Reports elsewhere have it as a bank fraud.

I was expecting a call from Yorkshire Water, the company calling introduced themselves as Morrison’s Utility working in conjunction with Yorkshire Water. There was no confusion to who they were or what they were calling about. Very polite.

Seems to be some robocaller from call centre, they are just testing if the line is answering - don't answer it, it could be a few rounds of calls from this number, but when you answer, they just end the call and mark your number as alive and then prepare for real marketing calls :) ...
