This number sent an OTP number for a purchase I didn’t make. I’m talking to my bank and they’re checking it out. I’d say be careful and don’t click on any links or numbers.
They seem to get numbers and call them, unsure where they get their private numbers from and the information or not on who may answer. Call center Asked for my wife by name, renewal due on TV care package I challenged, said it was a scam because my wife left all TV to me and we have never had cover. I asked for proof and was assured they had proof, when I said my wife had died years ago they could not progress their payment request, as any debt had ceased. I should have progressed further before reporting my wife had died.
