When I went to answer this call I got a message telling me that all operators were busy and if I would like to call them their n umber was. No way I going to call them, if they want me they can phone again.
It's another case of call Blocker Phone 1 Dodgy-looking no. 0 and sent off the field of play to my permanently blocked sin bin.
Silent call
Automatd call advising me that Amazon Prime would be renewed and monies taken from my bank account. Press 1 if I didnt want it renewed. I strongly suspect a Scam. DO NOT ENGAGE contact Amazon directly if any issues
Orange call centers in pee poor countries like India. Not suppressed my number gets sold on. New UK laws for cold callers are in force, but do they have the manpower to actually enforce them?
Call is automated stating that they are from HMRC regarding a Fraud case that they are opening on me. They ask that you press 1 on the dial pad to connect to their office. If you do not press one 'you will be arrested!' Close the call. Do not press 1. This is a fraud scam.
Silent call. Rings daily every day.

SCAM call, advising an "arrest warrant has been issued for tax evasion by HMRC. Press 1 to speak to an advisor". So obviously a scam call, pressing 1 to speak to someone (!) puts you in a call queue for 1 minute before they hang up at their end. Number going straight onto the black list !

This number has been contacting me for just over a year now every time asking to speak to a Mr Jason Powell I have been contacted by various numbers asking for the same person, the last time they rang me was over 2 months ago and the women i spoke to exclaimed she d remove my number from the contact list. I was contacted today 14/01/2015 and as I was about to ask again to stop being contacted the phone line abruptly ended. I am a female and have never heard of a Mr Jason Powell in my life so I have no link
Fraud - It's Christmas time and the scammers are out in force. This is a fake HMRC message bot. Whatever we think of the tax man, at least we can rest assured HMRC wouldn't call like that ... they'd send 5-15 letters first. As much as the bot message is amusing to listen to in its fake urgency and menace, there will unfortunately be people, who will get upset by this and fall for it ... DON'T!
