they called saying they we re following up my car crash, i said i hadn t had a crash and they hung up as i was asking them how they got my number.

Getting to be a pain in the ass now and do not take no for an answer whether polite or brutal!
Second phone call from the same woman checking loft insulation and asking me to confirm my address. I refused and asked for company details at which point she hung up. THIS IS A SCAM.

SCAM / SPAM Said that they were BT and our lines had a virus and that the line would be down for months. I hung up as I could see that he was not legitamate and would go on to try and get me to download his software to fix the problem!!!
