Fraud Caller had a strong accent and spoke poor english. There was a lot of background noise as you would expect from a call centre. Asked to speak to my husband but did not mention his first name. Claimed to be from the Fraud dept of Visa Debit but did not say which bank had issued the card. She asked for no security checks. Spoke about unauthorised transaction.
