Called claiming i had been entered into a prize draw from 02 a while ago and they wanted to see what deals they could offer me. Scam.

02037751832 and also 02037751275 both called me within an hour during a time when I could not answer. I have tried to call both numbers back but is a dead tone on both numbers? I had no voice messages left or further correspondence. I have no idea who or why these numbers are calling me. I did an internet search and a few suggestions came saying they were scams, tax fraud scams etc but I cannot confirm this as true.
