Unknown Chinese woman asked for by name then put phone down .. possible scam sick to death with this sh*t everyday calls from these places .. our number logged with telephone preference .. still no peace

Keep getting calls (everyday - if I don t answer they keep ringing till i do). Apparently calling from EDF Energy to talk about our existing account. The lady (pretty sure its the same lady every time) asks for one of the Owners by name (despite the owners rarely being available at this number - if they actually had dealt with the Owner in question - they wouldn t be trying to contact them on this number!) I got fed up so asked what the call was about and I would relay the message, All I could get out
