They ask if you want to cancel AMAZON PRIME renewal then get you to download an app called QUICKSUPPORT and send them the ID number. This enables them to control the device you are using.

SCAM Recorded message with claim that Amazon etc etc have charged bank card. Giveaway is that there is no security/identity check at all. Amateurish and incompetent.
