Fraud I would expect this to be a Fraud, possible a repeat of this scam https://www.itv.com/news/2016-04-27/new-0845-mobile-phone-scam-charges-customers-300-for-calls-they-dont-make . You answer the phone and a recorded message says. "your phone number has been verified, our customer service team will be in touch"

In my previous post I reported this number 01422861783 as a hoax. I must apologies to Adil Quddues as his call was legitimate. He was acting as a 3rd party on behalf of Lloyds/Halifax in relation to a rebate for inappropriate feature charges on an account. I would not accept an incoming call from a bank so he followed up with a legitimate letter from Lloyds. If they had sent a letter in the first instance it would have been much easier to accept in confidence.

SCAM, first part of message is missing then says something about a payment on my card and three options of numbers to press, even one to play message again, which they obviously hope people do as the beginning of the message is missing.
Scam call saying internet would be cut off unless pressed 1 to speak to service provider to buy a new router !!!
