Asked if I had a smart meter and who with, then enquired if I wanted a price comparison.
Text saying they are Paypal and have put a hold on my account, had a link in the text message to regain full access to my paypal account (paypal-resolutions163.com). The link doesn't look like a paypal link so I didn't click it and don't recommend anyone to click it either.
